JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges JOB SUMMARY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Under limited supervision, provides a variety of administrative and secretarial support services on behalf of a business unit or department The work product facilitates the work of others within the immediate organizational unit • Performs administrative functions related to departmental operations, personnel and staffing, security, payroll and general office management • Maintains, gathers, correlates and analyzes operating reports such as time-and-attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, records of performance, security and other personnel data • Aids in the development of budgets, forecasts, manpower planning, and related organizational data • Schedules appointments, makes travel plans, and may coordinate meetings and prepare required materials • Issues and interprets operating policies and reviews and answers correspondence • Screens and handles incoming telephone calls and requests Acts as a liaison for internal and external visitors • Completes assignments of moderate complexity in accordance with established policies and procedures • Performs related work as required RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION The Administrative Assistant II will support Electronic Warfare on the JSE project at Nellis AFB The job duties of an Administrative Assistant II include, but are not limited to: • Assist in coordinating the work within the EW at the direction of a project lead and department manager and will be responsible for supporting all sections' administrative needs within the departments • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Adept in multi-tasking, strong written and verbal communication skills, and data entry experience is required • Support a diverse test support team in the areas of timekeeping, travel coordination, material ordering, customer service, data entry and tracking, procedure editing, executive planning, employee recognition, suspense tracking, training coordination and monitoring, and special event planning and coordination for EW, government, and program customers • Responsible for collecting weekly, monthly, and semi-annual inputs for reports associated with the performance of personnel, sections, and the department This job is performed at JSE Nellis, in a real-time mission support environment The successful candidate will be able to work in a high pressure, fast-paced, and dynamic environment while maintaining a positive customer focus Demonstrated, successful adaptation to such (similarly demanding) environments is a plus This candidate could potentially be cross utilized within other areas of EW to support specific assignments or project support tasks DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Working in an environment that supports real-time operations • Familiarity with purchasing software, timekeeping systems, government and/or commercial travel systems, training management systems, and the ability to be cross trained in various areas within the front office • Typing words per minute (WPM) is above 60 • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word • Ability to manage calendars for the Department Manager and coordinating meetings and conference calls • An active DoD secret security clearance REQUIREMENTS -
