THE POSITION: We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including strategic talent sourcing, candidate screening / interviewing, and offer management. Support other duties and special projects as assigned to contribute to organizational goals and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of 5+ years of successful experience in a recruitment role, with at least 1-2 years in corporate/in-house recruitment. Healthcare recruitment experience is a strong advantage. Proven ability to identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing techniques, pipeline development, and talent mapping. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conduct in-depth candidate assessments, evaluating knowledge, expertise, and personality traits effectively.
