Supports business operations while improving access and provisioning processes and tools. Manage, coach and develop IT Security provisioning team. Contribute to the annual Security Plan, create project plans and timelines, and keep project deadlines, which may include motivating participants to stay on schedule. Recommend viable solutions to improve systems and processes. Make recommendations for policy changes pertaining to Information Security as business needs change, and applications are enhanced. What you will need: Education: Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, or a relevant related field OR equivalent work experience. Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or relevant related industries. Three (3) or more years of leadership experience as defined as essential to the role. Unique or Preferred Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong technical skills. Strong understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices. Ability to manage multiple complex projects with efficiency. Significant domain knowledge and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify, plan and execute strategic initiatives.
