Tasks and Qualifications: This is What You Will do in This Role: Empower Americas CS by delivering end-to-end HR solutions that enable sustainable structures, target culture and organizational health. Activities span headcount planning, hiring and immersion strategies, organization design, performance management, employee relations, compensation planning, career development, and other special projects. Provide insightful coaching, strategic consultation, and active development to senior business leaders. Partner with senior leaders to operationalize a target culture and sustainable people strategies (organizational design, change management, talent development, etc.). What We are Looking For: Bachelor's degree with a preferred focus in business, human resources, sociology, or psychology.
