Position Summary We provide our utility clients with a wide range of energy-saving and renewable energy solutions. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for the Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Productivity of each assigned solar installation project. The Electrical Foreman is a working field position that leads a team of 3 to 6 members to successfully complete residential and small commercial projects. Qualifications: This high visibility role requires an outstanding customer-focused, detail-oriented leader with: * A minimum of two years of construction experience, including one year in solar installation * Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards * Ability to perform all duties of the Installer and Lead Installer * Understanding of relevant OSHA standards * CPR and first aid certifications * Computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word * Strong mechanical/construction abilities * Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills * Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance) * Experience with electrical work involving wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * State electrical certification/license preferred * 5% travel is required Sunrun offers excellent career advantages that include a 401k, a stock purchase plan, a fun, collaborative culture and much more.
