Please apply within 48 hours for immediate consideration Description As the Owners Assistant Project Manager, you will: Assist in leading project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers Help oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more Help lead potential business development meetings and proposals Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs Profile The ideal candidate will posses: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field preferred 5+ years of construction experience 2+ years of Project Management experience (AEC background) Experience managing clients within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Academic or related Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong problem solving abilities Job Offer Whats an offer?
