Description: Position Summary Are you a detail-oriented banking professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support the full lifecycle of our commercial, consumer, and real estate loan portfolios. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values accuracy, and wants to grow within a trusted, community-focused financial institution. What You'll Do As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and compliance of our loan portfolio. Your work will support customers, internal teams, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: Managing loan onboarding and maintaining accurate loan records Preparing payoff quotes and processing payments Researching and resolving customer inquiries Supporting collateral management, including insurance and documentation tracking Assisting with loan reporting, remittance, and portfolio monitoring Coordinating activities related to participations and secondary market loans Ensuring proper recording, filing, and maintenance of loan documents Providing general operational support to the Loan Servicing team You'll collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service. Ancillary Duties: Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances. Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the essential job functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms.
