Assesses the efficiency of employees, provides fair feedback on a regular basis, and continuously works with employees on their areas of development. Education and Experience At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus Compensation: Applebee's Assistant Managers: $15.38 to $26.44 per hour, which is approximately $44,850 to $68,500 annually based on a 50-hour work week.
