General Job Responsibilities Independently administer anesthesia for high-acuity surgical cases Perform spinals, blocks, and epidurals (must be proficient) Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure safe anesthesia care Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia services Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Skills Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Ability to work independently (no supervision or medical direction) Effective communication and collaboration with surgical teams Time management and adaptability in high-volume environments Minimum Education Requirements Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program License & Certifications Active and unrestricted CRNA license in Indiana Board Certification (NBCRNA) Required DEA and Indiana CSR Required ACLS (AHA only) Required Must enroll in INPCF Experience Must provide case logs showing proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals (minimum 350 cases in past 12 months) MD reference required Board Certification required; Board Eligible not accepted Additional Notes Credentialing timeframe: days.
