Expectation is, at a minimum, you are "on call" by phone when the IM Department is in production, 24/7 including weekends and holidays. Goal is for molds to have PM's completed in a timely fashion and never go 5% past shot count. Goal is to complete 100% of the Annual PM's within 30-days of being due.
