ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS CLASS CHARACTERISTICS The Finance Manager classification performs administrative tasks and responsibilities in the management of accounting, auditing, accounts payable/receivable, cash collection, general ledger, payroll, purchase order and financial reporting functions. Performs related duties as required. QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business, or a closely related field. A master's degree is highly desirable.
