What is Title & Escrow at OS National LLC?

OS National LLC is a title & escrow company that focuses on providing boutique service on a national platform. Our delivery solutions include a full complement of origination and default services directed at leading national mortgage originators and servicers. We offer a centralized, single point of contact which creates efficiency throughout our process and reduces operating costs for everyone involved.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Escrow Officer Closer for each transaction that crosses your desk. You enjoy auditing files to ensure all required documents have been received. You have a passion for numbers and balancing with the lender when drafting Closing Disclosures. Interacting with customers is an art that you'll refine as you work with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders and notaries across each transaction.

Qualifications and Experiences

• Real estate experience preferred: At least 1 year (we'd love more). Solid customer service experience in a high-volume environment could be a great substitute.
• Knowledge of legal documents with the ability to analyze and evaluate documents as they relate to closings is a must.
• Software experience with Ramquest and Resware strongly desired. Experience with Softpro, LandTech, or similar software will also be considered.
• Commercial and/or multi-state experience is a major plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional communication skills with clients is a must.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Deadline-driven.
• Team player attitude - you enjoy helping your team members be successful!
• Resale experience required.
