We are searching for a top-tier and diligent Administrative Assistant to join our client. The client in question is a major insurance company that deals with property insurance, insuring both commercial homes as well as large warehouses. This Administrative Assistant position is specifically through their Engineering department.

In essence, you will be the main administrator for the Engineering department. This will include collecting monthly reports, updating the dashboards, tracking tools and metrics, planning business activities. You will also be scheduling appointments for the Operations Manager; as well as coordinating the travel schedule, reservations and tracking expenses.

This is a full time, temp to hire position. First shift, from 7:30 am to 4 pm. Monday to Friday.

Job Requirements:

This is what we are looking for in candidates:

  • You have at least 5 years or more as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Secretary or other related position
  • If you have previous experience in the Insurance field, that would be great.
  • You are able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are computer literate, and know how to utilize MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • As a condition of employment, you may be asked to take and pass a background check and/or drug test.
