Maintenance Mechanic Details: Temporary position $21.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:00pm to 02:30am) Follows all company safety, attendance and security procedures and strives to provide a safe working environment for all associates. Performs preventive maintenance tasks on all equipment and facilities in accordance with established testing and to maintain/extend useful life of all equipment. Works with low voltage AC and DC systems up to 480V/3 phase. Uses hand tools, power tools, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other monitoring and testing equipment. Uses a PC proficiently for MSOffice, Notes, and other PC-based applications. Responds to requests and job tasks on all types of equipment and applies a high level of diagnostic and root cause analysis for troubleshooting. Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications: Must demonstrate ability to be very detailed oriented, organized, and effective at time management. Preferred experience working with ASRS shuttle systems, tilt tray and other high-speed sortation, machine shop equipment and automated packaging machinery. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction; excellent oral/written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to climb and work at heights of up to 45 feet. Must have the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
