Annual Salary: $119,000 to $134,000 (Depending on Experience) Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Participating actively in clinical staff training and development Assisting the DON in building and sustaining a world-class nursing team Supervising/making daily rounds with floor nurses, ensuring appropriate and necessary resident care is provided at all times Interacting with residents and their families; answering their questions and offering them support and direction as needed Attending resident review and IDT meetings To be successful in this role you would have: Current CA RN license Current CPR Certification BS Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience Minimum of one-year of professional management experience Current Skilled Nursing leadership experience Excellent clinical observation and assessment skills Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records, and communicate with team members What's in it for you?
