How you will make an impact
- Correspond with clients regarding creation of internal contracts
- Supporting attorneys and staff within department
- Analyze and summarize legal documents and contracts
- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

Job Requirements:
- Licensed attorney in Illinois
- Experience with drafting and redlining of contracts
- Able to interact with clients
- High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
- Stellar academic credentials and references
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Financial Records experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with Service Level Agreements
- Document Review experience
- Tax Reporting experience required
- Negotiation experience highly desired
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
