Job Number: R Surface Warfare Analyst, Lead Key Role: Bring an in-depth understanding and expertise to design, execution and analysis of Navy experiments designed to increase the effectiveness of Anti-Submarine Warfare ( ASW ) operations. Serve as a lead asso cia te and program manager. Provide responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, and quality as well as overall leadership of a team of personnel dedicated to design of experiments, data capture and analysis, and post analysis reporting. Basic Qualifications: -15+ years of experience as a Surface Warfare Officer or an Enlisted Surface Warfare qualification -10+ years of experience with Surface Ship Sonar ASW tactics, te chn iques, and procedures -Experience in a Surface Warfare Command of hull mounted sonar capable warship -Experience with mission planning systems, including the Li nk Monitoring and Management Tool ( LMMT ) , Common Data Li nk Management System ( CDLMS ) , Global Command, and Control System-Maritime ( GCCS-M ) -Experience with evaluating shipboard advanced warfare tactics during Optimized Fleet Response Plan ( OFRP ) training events or certifications -Knowledge of Navy Tactical Data Li nk s, Live, Virtual, and Constructive ( LVC ) training concepts and LVC te chn ical enablers -Secret clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Knowledge of Composite Warfare Commander ( CWC ) Tactical Watch Officer roles and responsibilities -Ability to develop and deliver briefs to senior client leadership at the Captain-O6 or Admiral-O7 level Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
