Job Description

Job Summary: ERP Business Analyst is responsible for ERP tasks. Helps with day to day operations with both system and ERP administration such as responding to ERP related tickets in support of business processing requirements and helping with daily ERP administration tasks.

  • Functional ERP Business Analyst NOT TECHNICAL, FUNCTIONAL ROLE.
  • ERP Manufacturing experience (supply chain and manufacturing modules a must) supply chain and manufacturing must be listed on resume
  • Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation (MUST BE ON RESUME) OR the older version of Microsoft Dynamics which is AX. (MUST BE ON RESUME)

Qualifications:

Knowledge of any ERP system focused on manufacturing is Required!

Knowledge of different modules of ERP E.g. Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, etc a must.

Prior experience with working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation or Microsoft Dynamics AX is required.

Knowledge of working with any BI tools is Not required but is a plus!

Knowledge of working with key functionalities in ERP and implementing them. E.g. MRP, Automation

Knowledge of maintaining users in ERP system and SOX Compliance.

Knowledge of maintaining and performing setups in ERP.

Knowledge of writing user stories and validations for ERP customizations and new setups.

Knowledge of working on a CRM solution is a plus E.g. Salesforce.

Ability to work in a demanding fast paced environment requiring emotional stability, flexibility and calmness under stressful conditions.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as an ERP business analyst.

We are an FDA approved organization, therefore working with RAQA and performing validations is a big portion of our duties. Experience working in an FDA approved organization is a plus.

ERP experience required.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

Maintain the security and the audit log for ERP system.

Performing quarterly audits for ERP and network level access

Troubleshoot ERP issues in terms of transactional error(s), processes, printing, access, licensing, etc.

Maintain the setup portion of the projects as part of the ERP requirements and data flows in the system.

Ensure compliance with RAQA and appropriate regulatory bodies.

Serve as a project manager for software implementation, on-going maintenance and upgrades.

Plan and facilitate training for new and existing users: responsible for organizing and creating training sessions on ERP functionality.

Communicating with the ERP developer(s) on projects and users' requirements.

  • This position might require 15% of traveling to other divisions domestically and/or internationally.
