Practice Setting

Schedule

• Weekdays, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Weekday call: phone only, 4:30 pm to 8:00 am
• Weekend call: rotating, 24-hour pager from home

Cases and Procedures

• Daily rounds, assessments, H&Ps, and discharges
• Lab and imaging reviews, med adjustments
• Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• MD or DO with active North Carolina license
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• BLS and DEA required
• Geriatrics or long-term care experience preferred

Travel Accommodations

• Near Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU)
• Travel and lodging should be built into the hourly rate
