This role is unique because unlike most financial advisor positions, the primary function and responsibility of this person is not sales. A SCRP manages, updates and takes 100% ownership over every aspect of their clients retirement success.
Specifics
Were looking for an experienced CSRP who will:
Own and manage a dedicated book of clients
Lead annual reviews, tax planning meetings, and ongoing strategy discussions
Deliver an unmatched client experience across investment, insurance, legal, and tax
Be the central relationship driver, supported by our in-house team of CPAs, attorneys, and client service professionals
Build meaningful relationships with clients that lead to world-class client retention and client referral opportunities.

What We Provide:
Salary + Uncapped Bonuses (Not Commission-Only)
Retirement Planner (24 years experience): $100,000 - 125,000 starting salary
Salaries are ongoing they do not phase out or disappear
