Licensure/Certification Requirements: Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina. Board certification if required by the Department. DEA. Active Psychiatric Mental Health NP license in North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure) Professional Experience Requirements: No prior experience required. Experience with pediatric patients preferred. Strong understanding of developmental stages and trauma-informed care.
