• Work-Life Balance MondayFriday schedule (85) with option for a 4-day workweek and manageable 1012 patients per day
• EMR Cerner for inpatient and outpatient rehab documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Earnings Up to $120,000 annually
• Bonuses & Support $10,000 sign-on bonus + $5,000 relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Degree: DPT or qualifying PT degree
• Licensure: Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
• Certification: BLS certification
• Experience: Open to both experienced PTs and new graduates
