Solutions include Live Chat, Knowledge, Case Lifecycle Management, Assignment Rules, Reports and Dashboards, etc. Good oral and written documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast and reliable solutions. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud design and development and working with third-party tools and market-place solutions from the AppExchange. Metro Area. The Salesforce Developer will design and develop Solutions in Salesforce. They will work with Business Analysts, Architects, and other members in the team to help drive innovation using the Salesforce platform. Contribute to all technical aspects of the project. Responsible for developing Salesforce applications through all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial technical designs, implementation, testing, to production deployments. Ability to quickly learn new features, tools, technologies, and to communicate optimally with various business owners, technical staff members, other Application Development partners, User Exchange Group/Forums. Help ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
