Machine Operator - West Madison, WI

• $18.50/hr 1st Shift $19.50/hr 2nd Shift + OT Friday (6 hours)

• $18.50/hr 1st Shift: Mon-Thu 6AM-4PM
• $19.50/hr 2nd Shift: Mon-Thu 4PM-2AM
• OT Friday (6 hours)

Location:

• West Madison, WI

• Operate machinery to produce products from foam, rubber, metals, graphite, cork-fibers, and fiberglass

• Read blueprints, job orders, and diagrams to complete tasks accurately

• Adjust machines to meet specifications and keep production flowing

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Record labor and material usage accurately

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)

• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience a plus

Requirements:

• Comfortable reading basic blueprints and performing simple math

• Comfortable using hand tools

• Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity

• Lift up to 50 pounds

• Sit, stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
