We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Salesperson to join our team in Sterling, VA. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in automotive accessories and a passion for helping customers find the right parts to meet their needs.

• Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories that fit their vehicles and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering expert advice.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory and ensure parts are properly stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with the service and repair teams to fulfill parts orders and support vehicle maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Proven successful background in automotive accessories sales.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and sales processing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certifications are a plus.
