Radiology - Interventional Physician

ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time, board-certified Interventional Radiologist (MD) to join a strong 3-physician / 2-APP IR team. This hospital-based role provides daytime interventional radiology services with a Q3 call rotation and an average of eight cases per day.

• Coverage Type: Full-time locum

• Call: Q3 (every third weekday and every third weekend)

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days; can be fast-tracked for ASAP start

• Practice Setting: Hospital-based, Level I Trauma Center

• Team Structure: 3 IR physicians + 2 APPs + IR manager support

• Patient Demographic: Primarily adults, including frequent geriatrics

• Average Daily Case Volume: 8 cases/day

• EMR: Not specified

Procedures Required:

• Angioplasty

• Stent placement

• Embolization

• Needle biopsy

• Thrombolysis

• UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)

• Additional preferred experience: Ortho, Gyn, and Urology-related procedures

• Board-Certified Radiologist

• Active Michigan Medical License

• Active BLS & ACLS certifications
  

• Clean malpractice and licensing history (highly preferred)
