Key Accountabilities: Lead weekly customer communications to provide status updates, manage expectations, and address technical inquiries.Represent Micron professionally in all customer interactions, ensuring clear, concise, and solution-oriented communication.Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring tooling builds and milestones are met.Assess manufacturing feasibility for new products and processes.Create detailed Statements of Work (SOW) for all new projects.Facilitate PFMEA reviews with internal teams and implement corrective actions.Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) for tooling and equipment to be installed at Micron.Analyze customer part prints to confirm manufacturability and tolerance compliance.Support validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ), analyze data using Minitab, and prepare reports for customers.Collaborate with process engineers to develop and document molding processes.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and documentation, reporting regularly to the Engineering Manager.Finalize and release all project documentation for production readiness.Provide production support to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.Perform additional tasks as needed to support project success.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in plastics, tooling, or manufacturing engineering
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with SolidWorks preferred
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices
- Experience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools
