Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus. 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus. The Opportunity As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within the CFO Data Delivery and Automation team, driving the development and delivery of financial data assets that support USAA's strategic goals. You will perform in-depth analysis, prototype solutions, and build strategies that lead to automation and the creation of scalable data products. What you have: Bachelor's degree in quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science or other business-related discipline; OR 4 years of related experience in statistics, mathematics or quantitative analytics or related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree. 4 years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry of responsibility (i.e. P&C, Bank, Finance, etc.) OR advanced degree in quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science or other quantitative discipline with 2 years experience experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry of responsibility (i.e. P&C, Bank, Finance, etc.).
