Overview This position serves as the primary technical resource and working leader for the Secondary, Benchwork, and Machine Shop teams. The Supervisor will perform complex setups, troubleshoot manual and CNC machinery, develop tooling solutions, and guide technicians in producing high-quality springs and wire-formed components.
