Genesis10 is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a 12-month contract position with a financial services client located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hybrid opportunity. Summary: The Salesforce Administrator will support the custom Salesforce Sales Cloud platform for the Global Investment Banking instance. This role is heavily focused on platform support, lifecycle management, tech debt remediation, and transitioning object-level permissions from profiles to permission sets. The Administrator will also support client users, enhance platform adoption, manage documentation, coordinate enhancements, and stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices. Responsibilities: Focus on support, lifecycle, and technical debt work for the Salesforce team. Lead major initiatives, including moving object-level permissions from profiles into permission sets. Serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for the custom Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
