Dates / Schedule Coverage Period: December 1, 2025 June 1, 2026 Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Reason for Coverage: Lack of provider coverage Job Details / Responsibilities Practice Setting: Outpatient Sleep Disorders Clinic Patient Mix: 90% Adult, 10% Pediatric Average Patients per Day: Team Composition: 3 Physicians 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) 1 Medical Assistant (MA) 3 Customer Service Representatives / Schedulers Home Study / CPAP Coordinator Day and Night Supervisors 4 In-Lab Technicians Equipment & Systems: Home Studies: Nox In-Lab Studies: Cadwell EHR: Meditech Conditions Treated: Obstructive & Central Sleep Apnea, Insomnia, Hypersomnia, Narcolepsy, Restless Legs Syndrome, Circadian Sleep Disorders, Parasomnias, Bruxism, and Snoring. Required Skills & Qualifications Board Certification: Required (Sleep Medicine via ABMS or Neurology with Sleep Medicine training) Licensure: Massachusetts State License (or willingness to obtain) Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required Experience: Proficient in managing a range of adult and pediatric sleep disorders; familiar with Meditech EHR preferred.
