Location: Carlisle PA or Scarborough ME (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Duration: 6 months contract with possible Perm role Position Summary: The Analyst III provides advanced financial analysis and supports the Director, FP&A Managers, and Business Leaders. This role requires strong competency across core finance functions and plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, complete information, and timely delivery of reporting and planning outputs. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Support Budget, Forecast, and Latest Estimate processes, including preparing submission templates, analyzing key accounts and KPIs, and coordinating with teams across Distribution, Transportation, Support Companies, and Brands. Ensure accurate and timely submission and upload of financial information into BPC/SAP. Collaborate with business and finance/accounting partners to prepare projections and month-end close information. Support month-end close activities, including journal entry/accrual preparation, variance analysis, and reporting for departmental and leadership review. Identify insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and budget performance. Develop standardized reporting templates (tables, waterfall charts, trend lines, etc.) to streamline reporting processes. Evaluate data submissions for accuracy and completeness, consolidate results, and generate reports for business partners and management. Assist with ad-hoc reporting and various supply chain-related projects as needed. Work with business leads to develop future period plans and help project financial impacts. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a business-related field. Proficiency in Excel is required. Experience with PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP/BPC is a plus. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Needs to be able to reach out and provide feedback - proactive mindset The Finance Lead position drives the financial planning and analysis processes for several corporate functions. The Finance Lead will support strategic and technology investment decisions and participate in the annual financial planning cycles. Key Responsibilities Include: • Leads and develops the annual Plan, LRP and LBEs as required, including P&L, headcount, capital, and project expense projections for senior management review • Operates independently to prepare schedules and relevant analysis for each planning cycle and develops clear support for management review • Works directly with Finance Shared Services on monthly close process and financial reporting to ensure complete, accurate and timely monthly actual results, including variance commentary for P&L, headcount. Understands monthly results and communicates issues vs. benchmark to businesses teams to agree on resolution or action plan • Provides management with clear insights into drivers of business and financial performance and risk; assesses business/market opportunities and informs/recommends prioritization decisions • Leads financial reviews and approvals (purchase orders requests and invoices) • Leads ad hoc analysis, projects and process improvements as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required. CPA or MBA a plus • Minimum 6+ years progressive financial analysis and accounting experience • Ability to work independently and adjust priorities to achieve accurate and timely results • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate across functions • Proficient computer skills including Excel.
