What You'll Be Doing:
- Mastering the grill to prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and sandwiches to perfection
- Prepping and marinating ingredients to ensure every dish is flavorful and fresh
- Ensuring every plate meets our high standards for taste, temperature, and presentation
- Coordinating with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and timely
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and up to food safety standards
- Staying up-to-date on our menu and daily specials so you can answer questions or accommodate requests
- Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs to the kitchen manager
- Pitching in wherever needed-whether it's plating, prep, or helping teammates
