This is not a sales position; it is Customer service and retention-oriented. What we are looking for in a candidate: Self-starter/Go-getter Organized with the ability to multitask Great eye for detail Comfortable speaking on the phone Ability to speak clearly over the phone Upbeat and patient (we work with a lot of seniors, so patience is a must!)
