Job details include:

• BC Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology, Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified REQUIRED
• AHF Fellowship LVAD experience REQUIRED
• M F, 8 hour days plus rotating call
• Clinic PPD 10 average admin PD
• active VA license and DEA local providers only
• EMR EPIC
