Palliative care and Hospice Physician needed in Kentucky

• Long term care and Nursing home care .
• Will also be seeing patients when they come out of the hospital.
• Occasionally will see hospice patients .
• If a physician was only interested in palliative or hospice they would take one of the other .
• 8 hour day Monday Friday .
• Full time coverage 4 weeks a month or less.
• Physician could take call once a month if interested . They are open to piecing it together .
