Description: Founded in 1990, LGH stands at the forefront of the hoisting and rigging equipment rental industry, providing rental equipment responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of everything from the bridges you drive on to the sports stadiums you visit. We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to join the Operational Insights (OI) Global Product Management team. In this role, you will drive the product vision, define business requirements for the innovation pillar, and lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy. You will manage a team of product managers focused on identifying white space opportunities in card operations, while overseeing key activities including product strategy, business requirements, pricing, and sales and delivery enablement. Basic Technical Skills • Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system architecture at a conceptual level. • Comfortable writing basic SQL queries and analyzing data to inform product decisions. • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and technical teams. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and SaaS products (nice to have). • Ability to engage in discussions on technical feasibility, trade-offs, and dependencies. All About You • Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering successful products at scale. • Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presence. • Experience in Agile product management, ideally with analytical solutions in payments or financial services. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities. • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience; MBA preferred. • Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives, with strong prioritization skills. • Familiarity with Mastercard products & services and revenue drivers (nice to have).
