A wide degree of agility is expected. Serve as a member of the Headwaters Leadership Team and contribute to development and implementation of the Headwaters business strategic plan. Manage Headwaters' human resources processes and functions including, but not limited to, benefits, payroll, retirement accounts, and insurance.
