Title - OT Infrastructure Technical Analyst Summary - In this role, the OT Infrastructure Technical Analyst will work closely with the OT infrastructure team, consisting of a System Engineer, Network Engineer, and Technical SCADA lead. Responsibilities include assisting with designing, implementing, and maintaining OT technologies that support our terminal operations. Additionally, all work will have to align with the Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (C2M2) to ensure that the Client is meeting industry standards and best practices. Duties and Responsibilities - Assist with 24x7 on-call rotation with the Network and System engineer. Perform patch management tasks, including maintaining current knowledge of available patches, deciding what patches are appropriate for each system, ensuring that patches are installed properly, testing systems after installation, and documenting all associated procedures. Day to Day routine tasks, including troubleshooting active issues. Assist in Infrastructure project work, including upgrading, patching, or replacing physical servers, switches, firewalls, and network-attached storage devices. Monitor Network and system performance. Support and maintain network and system uptime. Willing to travel 5% of the time to our Data Centers Validate backup processes are performing as intended. Assist with addressing security alerts reported by SIEM. Support Microsoft Active Directory, user, MFA, and group policy management. Qualifications - 5+ OT Experience is a plus, 2+ years is required.
