The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR responsibilities for US and Canada. Position is responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives and supporting HR business needs. The position will serve in a supporting capacity to assigned business leaders and employees on all HR related issues. Key responsibilities include assessing and anticipating HR needs in assigned regions and proactively addressing those needs. Position will forge partnerships and deliver value-added HR services to management and employees. Develops country HR goals in support of business objectives. May participate in interviews and candidate assessments as needed, step in to assist with critical needs roles and/or educate hiring managers on recruitment process. Will provide guidance on open positions and job descriptions. Works closely Regional Operations Training Manager to identify and facilitate training in assigned country. Works closely with Benefits and Payroll on employee issues. Prepares records and documentation for yearly audits and assist internal auditors during audit as needed.
