General, OB/GYN, Ortho, Urology, GI, ENT, and Endo The CRNA needs to be ACLS, PALS and CPR certified. • $220- 230hr. with an 8 hour daily minimum M-F • OT over 8 hours a day $230hr paid to the nearest 15 minutes. • $400 to carry the pager not a lot of call; maybe 1 night every 2 weeks.
