Other duties as assigned Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor's degree, and/or certification in payroll or bookkeeping, and/or continuing education in accounting, human resources, or business, a plus. Proven experience in payroll processing with exposure to HR functions. Paylocity and M2M experience preferred Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and reporting Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes Knowledge of workers' compensation and HR compliance regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems Attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality; strong communication and problem-solving skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The company fosters a manufacturing-type environment.
