Responsibilities:Invoicing, Gross profit over/under, Buyouts, Tag Issues Finalization of Paperwork, Verifying and finalizing Material Processing, Update MRA's (Material Returns) & Inventory Adjustments Invoices/Statements, print invoices daily, print statements monthly, Reconciling Reports, Open Order Reports, Unscanned POD (Proof of Delivery), Unscanned CERTS (Material Test Reports), End of Month Reports Various Orders, Reprint BOL's (Bill of Laden), Reprint Pickers, & Cancel orders Financial, Check Scanning, Maintain Petty Cash, Create Petty, Cash Deposit HR, Temporary employee, prepare paperwork and send to Corporate and enter in a ticket for credentials, set up in Time force, assign training in the LMS system for full Time employees, prepare paperwork, arrange and initiate all preemployment requirements Various Task, track and Order Office Supplies, opening and sorting Mail, prepare Corporate Invoice Packet, Track and maintain Vendor requirements, & Filing Back up assistance, Answering the phone, Will Calls, setting up and charging credit cards, make delivery appointments Receiving Requirements:Previous office experience Must have Microsoft experience Must have HS Diploma Must pass a Background & Drug Screen Schedule & Pay Shift: 1st Shift - Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM Pay: $18/hr Benefits (through CloudRay) Weekly pay Health insurance Incentives and performance-based bonuses Referral bonuses Temp-to-hire career growth potential Location Advantage Job is commutable from Decatur, Huntsville, Madison, AL and Athens Not the right fit for you?
